ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday directed the interior secretary to take immediate step for bringing back former finance minister Ishaq Dar to the country. Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar heard former Pakistan Television (PTV) chairman Attaul Haq Qasmi appointment case. During the hearing, the chief justice inquired about Ishaq Dar’s presence but he once again failed to appear before court. The CJP has expressed resentment over former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar’s absence from the court despite the last court notice. Saqib Nisar directed the interior secretary to take immediate step for bringing back Ishaq Dar's back to Pakistan. The top judge ordered all the institutions to provide support for taking back to Ishaq Dar, adding that all the authorities must support Interior Ministry for this purpose. "If any authority does not support the Interior Ministry then this will be called non-compliance the order of court," the CJ warned. Later on the proceedings of the hearing was adjourned till July 14.
