SC dismisses Imran Khan's plea in Shehbaz Sharif defamation suit
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court Lahore Registry of Pakistan dismissed PTI chairman Imran Khan's plea in the defamation suit against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The three-member bench validated the trial court's decision.
PM Shehbaz Sharif had filed a Rs10 billion defamation suit against Imran Khan for accusing him of offering bribe over the Panama issue.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Amin had given the verdict to dismiss the plea.
