SC dismisses plea seeking cancellation of bail of Maryam Nawaz

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a plea seeking cancellation of the bail off PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz.

The plea was dismissed after the NAB withdrew it.

The NAB prosecutor told court that they are withdrawing the case due to amendments to the NAB Ordinance.

In 2019, the NAB had filed the plea for the cancellation of the bail of Maryam Nawaz in the Shamim Sugar Mills case.
