SC disposes of case regarding conduct of elections same day

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court disposed of a case regarding the conduct of the general elections across the country on same day after the petition was withdrawn.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa heard the case.

Petitioner’s lawyer Shahkhawar advocate adopted the stance that they wanted to withdraw the case as the court had already taken up this matter. The court subsequently disposed of the petition after the statement of the lawyer.
