ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court on Friday expressed it indignation at separating the Panama scandal case from the Nawaz Sharif case.

Addressing the Jamaat-e-Islami lawyer during the hearing, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood remarked: "The case has been in the court for seven years. Was the objective to conduct the case against only one family at that time?. You have no interest in the case."

He asked the JI lawyer not bypass the law by getting an order issued by the Supreme Court. "There are the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and the State Bank of Pakistan in the country. Should all the work be done by the Supreme Court by closing down all state institutions?" he remarked.

Justice Aminuddin Khan remarked that the court will not take the suo motu notice.

The JI counsel requested the court to order formation of a judicial commission for investigations.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing for a month
