SC five-member larger bench to hear audio leaks issue today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial today on Thursday formed a five-member larger bench over the audio leaks issue.

The bench comprising of Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Ejazul Ahsan, Justice Akhtar Muneeb, Justice Shahid Waheed and Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi will hear the four petitions challenging the inquiry commission over the audio leaks issue at 11am on Friday.

On May 19, the government had formed a three-member commission headed by Justice Qazi Faez Isa for the audio leaks issue. IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Balochistan Chief Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan.

The commission had summoned four people on May 27.
