SC to hear Hussain Nawaz’s plea against two members of JIT today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court will today (Monday) hear application of Hussain Nawaz against two members of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT).

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Ijaz Afzal and comprising of Justice Sheikh Azmat and Justice Ijazul Hassan will hear application of Hussain Nawaz.

Khawaja Haris will represent the prime minister’s son in the case before the special bench. 

Hussain Nawaz had raised objections against two members of the JIT Bilal Rasool, a representative of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and Ahmer Aziz, a representative of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

In an application to Supreme Court, he asked for an appropriate action against those members.
