SC hints at forming judicial commission in Arshad Sharif suo motu notice

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court has hinted at forming the judicial commission in the Arshad Sharif shuo motu notice.

In the written verdict of previous hearing issued on Wednesday, the court ruled that the judicial commission will be formed if the court is not satisfied over the investigations.

The family of Arshad Sharif also objected to the court proceedings. The verdict ruled that the court cannot supervise the investigations.
