SC larger bench to decide issue of disqualification under Article 62 & 63

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Nasirul Mulk recommended to form a larger bench to hear the disqualification issue under Article 62 and 63 of the Constitution. During the hearing, the chief justice questioned that whether the disqualification will be temporary or permanent. The five-member bench will decide the case.
