LAHORE (92 News) – A petition seeking disqualification of Member National Assembly (MNA) Ayesha Gulalai under Article 62 and 63 has been filed in the Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday.
The petition was filed by a local citizen in the Supreme Court’s Lahore registry.
The petitioner stated that Ayesha Gulalai has leveled allegations against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan based on lies.
The petitioner said that the member national assembly also used derogatory language against the PTI chairman.
The petitioner pleaded the court to disqualify Ayesha Gulalai under Article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
