SC nullifies all SPSC exams from 2013 to 2016

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court has on Monday declared all the exams conducted by the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) from 2013 to 2016 null and void. The three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Ameer Hani Muslim resumed hearing of the suo moto case. The court had reserved the verdict after completing the hearing on February 22. Justice Mazhar Ali Miankhel read the judgment today. The SC judgment declared all the exams conducted by the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) from 2013 to 2016 null and void. The apex court also ordered appointment of SPSC chairman in two weeks and other members in four weeks.
