SC orders to place land grabber Mansha Bomb, his sons on ECL

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court on Monday ordered the Ministry of Interior to place alleged land grabber Mansha Bomb and his four sons on the exit control list( ECL). A bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan heard a suo motu notice against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA Karamat Ali Khokhar's political interference in Mansha's arrest. The Supreme Court dismissed proceedings against PTI MNA Khokhar and MPA Nadeem Abbas after the two politicians submitted an unconditional apology to the court. The court also sent the matter of MNA Khokhar and MPA Nadeem Abbas to the disciplinary committee of the PTI. The Police informed the court that the raid is being conducted to arrest Mansha Bomb but he could not arrest till now. To reply The CJP ordered to arrest Mansha immediately and present before court. During the hearing, the CJP remarked that the PTI is habitual of following the court. The top judge directed that all the grabbed land should be given to their real owners. He also ordered to place alleged land grabber Mansha Bomb and his four sons on the exit control list (ECL). The chief justice further directed the PTI disciplinary committee for reviewing the inappropriate use of authority. On Sunday, while hearing a citizen's petition against the land grabbing group, the apex court had ordered the immediate arrest of Mansha.
