ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court registrar returned four applications with objections that were filed to stop the no-confidence motion on the basis of the threatening letter.

Objecting to the applications, the registrar stated that no point of public interest has been raised in the application. "It has not been clarified why the court should use the scope of Article 184(3)," he said, adding that the petitioner had approached the SC directly instead of contacting the relevant process.

He observed that the parliament proceedings cannot be challenged under the Article 69K.

In the applications, it was requested to form an investigation commission on the pattern of the Memogate scandal.
