SC rejects plea seeking live broadcast of Justice Qazi Faez Isa case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Tuesday rejected the plea seeking live broadcast of the Justice Qazi Faez Isa case.

Justice Umar Atta Bandial read out the short verdict. Six judges, out of 10-member bench, rejected the plea.

The SC rules that access to information is the basic right of the people.

"How the SC give access information as the matter pertains to administration?" it observed.
