SC to hear APS tragedy case on October 20
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A two-member bench of the Supreme Court will hear the Army Public School (APS) tragedy notice case on October 20.
The bench comprises of Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel.
The SC Registrar Office has issued notices to the Attorney General for Pakistan and other parties.
On Dec 16, 2014, armed militants wearing paramilitary uniforms stormed APS, Peshawar, and martyred 147 students and staffers.
