SC to hear case regarding civilians trial in military courts on April 24
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - A six larger bench of the Supreme Court will hear the case pertaining to the civilians' trial in military courts on April 24.
Justice Aminuddin Khan will head the bench. During the last hearing, the SC had allowed the military courts to announce verdicts of the cases conditionally.
It had also sought a report regarding the judgments of the military courts.
