SC to hear petition seeking disqualification of President Arif Alvi on March 15

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - A two-member bench of the Supreme Court will hear a petition seeking disqualification of President Dr Arif Alvi on March 15.

Justice Ejazul Ahsan will head the two-member bench.

Zahoor Faisal, a citizen, had filed an application seeking disqualification of President Arif Alvi under Article 62 1(f) in 2020.

The petitioner had moved the Supreme Court after the High Court rejected his plea.
