SC withdraws order to remove Karachi Administrator Wahab Murtaza after apology

KARACHI (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistna on Monday withdrew the order to remove Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab and after he tendered unconditional aopology over use of harsh words in court.

The SC had ordered to remove Murtaza Wahab after he used harsh words in the Gutter Baghecha land case.

Talking to the media on Monday, Murtaza Wahab said that he was very thankful to court. “I have been granted conditional apology. I am bound to fulfill orders of the court. Tomorrow I will submit the application in court again regarding the case.”

Murtaza Wahab said that he had also told earlier that he respects courts. “If my opinion was correct, even though I asked for apology. I thank the court for expressing trust in me. I have once again got the chance to serve the people and I will keep serving them.”
