ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday fined Advocate Babar Awan 5,000 Rs for not appearing in the Court today in a case of election petitions.
As per details, a three-member bench headed by Justice Saqib Nisar heard the case. The case was adjourned till the end of the summar vacation of the court when Babar Awan did not appear before the court. The court imposed on him the fine and called for an explanation for not appearing before the court.
