Seasoned actor Qazi Wajid passes away

KARACHI (92 News) – Veteran actor Qazi Wajid has passed away in Karachi on Sunday due to heart attack. He was 87. He was admitted to a hospital on Saturday (yesterday) after his health deteriorated. Qazi was one of the pioneers in the radio industry of Pakistan. After 25 years on radio, he resigned and performed as an actor. His famous dramas are Ankahi, Dhoop Kinare, Tanhhiayaan, Marvi etc. Details of his funeral prayers have not been made public yet.
