ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The administration of federal capital imposed Section 144 on Monday in Islamabad to tackle the spread of pandemic coronavirus on the directions of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan. In a tweet, Special Assistant on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan confirmed the reports. In an office order issued, District Magistrate Hamza Shafqaat said that the section has been imposed in the city for seven days. The order said that all restaurants and food outlets, coffee shops and cafes shall remain closed at all time, however, the delivery and take away will remain functional. The order said all shops will be closed by 08 pm, however, this restriction will not apply to pharmacies, dispensaries, clinics, grocery stored, karyana stored, bakeries, atta chakkies, tandoors, milk shops, petrol pumps, chicken and meet shops and mandis.
