Senators’ delegation led-by Balochistan CM meets Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Ahead of tomorrow’s Upper House of the Parliament meeting to elect its Chairman and Deputy Chairman, a delegation of newly-elected senators led by Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qadoos Bizinjo today (Sunday) met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan in Bani Gala. The decision to nominate Sadiq Sanjrani as Senate chairman was taken during the meeting. Mir Abdul Qadoos Bizinjo thanked the PTI chairman for giving an importance to electing Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Upper House of the Parliament from Balochistan. The Balochistan CM asked the PPP nominate its candidate for the Senate Deputy Chairman, adding that they will support their candidate. Imran Khan's decision to give key position to Balochistan will strengthened the federation. Speaking on the occasion, the PTI chairman thanked the newly-elected senators saying by keeping aside personal interest, there was need to work hard for the development of the future of the country. To protect the reputation of the parliament and democracy, a fight against corrupt Sharif family was necessary, he added.
