Senior journalist Ayaz Amir's son kills wife in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The son of senior journalist Ayaz Amir killed his wife in Chak Shahzad area on Friday.

The police have arrested the accused Shahnawaz and shifted the body to morgue. The police conducted forensic survey of the site.

They said that Shahnawaz had killed his wife Sara, 37.

Ayaz Amir said that it was a horrible incident. "It is being stated that Shahnawaz was under the influence during the incident. I can say nothing about the legal matter," he added.
