Sergeant murder case: ATC frames charges against MPA Majeed Achakzai

QUETTA (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court framed charges against MPA Majeed Achakzai in the sergeant murder case on Monday. However, the accused pleaded not guilty. The court directed the investigation officer to complete the challan and summoned the witnesses for September 27. The deceased’s relatives said that they are facing life threats. They demanded that the case should be shifted to the Supreme Court.
