Seven killed, 40 injured after passenger bus overturns in Badin

BADIN (92 News) – At least seven people killed and 40 injured after a passenger coach overturned in Badin on Friday morning. According to the details garnered, the bus was travelling from Mithi to Karachi when its tie rod broke near Badin, causing it to overturn. A tie rod is part of a vehicle’s steering mechanism. It was reported that the bus was overturned for putting effort to save the motorbike. Seven people, including children, have been killed during the incident. Another 40 people were injured in the accident. The rescue officials shifted the wounded persons to nearby hospitals. On the other hand, in another accident, as many as two persons were killed when the tractor collided with a motorbike in Fort Abbas Chak 340/H-R.
Six killed in road accident near Muzaffarabad
On April 7, at least six people were killed when a jeep fell into a ravine near Muzaffarabad. According to details garnered, the unfortunate vehicle was on its way from Neelum Valley to Muzaffarbabad when the incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Pungran police station. The incident was happened when the vehicle took a turn and slipped into ravine. The deceased include a woman and children. Upon being informed of the incident, rescue teams reached the spot and began operation to retrieve bodies. The identities of the deceased are yet not known. The local people are rescuing on behalf of themselves.
Two women among four die as jeep falls into ravine in Shangla
Earlier, four people, including two women, were killed when a jeep fell into a ravine in Shangla. Two injured were shifted to Rural Health Centre. On the other hand, three people were killed in a collision between a truck and a van in Gojra.

Meanwhile, 16 people were injured and shifted to hospital. The condition of three injured is stated to be critical.
