ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A seven-member Afghan delegation will reach Islamabad on Monday (today) to discuss matters relating to tensions between the two countries at Torkham border. The Afghan delegation led by Afghan Deputy Foreign Minister Hikmat Khalil is arriving in Islamabad on the invitation of Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz. It is pertinent here to mention that tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan have escalated following the unprovoked firing by the Afghan security forces at Torkham border, however, the Torkham border has been reopened for public.
