Establishment is involved in interference in judiciary: LHC CJ
RAWALPINDI (92 News) - Lahore High Court Chief Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed has said the establishment is involved in interference in the judiciary.
Addressing a ceremony on Friday, he said that the interference in the judiciary started from the Maulvi Tameezuddin case.
“Our judiciary is working without any fear. We will not succumb to the blackmailing from anyone. We are sure that interference in the judiciary will come to an end soon,” he declared.
Earlier, the LHC chief justice inaugurated E-court in Rawalpindi. He also reviewed the process of proceedings in the E-court at Judicial Complex Committee Room.
