Shahid Khaqan Abbasi calls on PM Nawaz

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad on Tuesday. During the meeting, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi briefed the prime minister regarding Ministry of Petroleum’s ongoing projects and oil and gas exploration in the country. He also briefed him on progress regarding LNG import and the measures taken to ensure fuel supply to various sectors. On the occasion, Nawaz Sharif directed the Minister of Petroleum and Natural Resources to ensure that gas consumers are given maximum relief. He further directed to enhance coordination with respect to energy projects.
