Shahzad Akbar among 10 people placed on ECL
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The federal cabinet on Tuesday approved to place the names of 10 people, including former interior adviser Mirza Shahzad Akbar and Barrister Zia Mustafa Naseem, on the exit control list.
The names of two people have been placed on the ECL on the recommendation of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), while eight others have been put on the ECL on the recommendation of the security institutions.
Presently Shahzad Akbar is abroad and can be arrested on his return to the country if he is wanted in a case.
