Shahzad Akbar says Nawaz Sharif told a lie, misled court

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Adviser to thePrime Minister on Accountability Shahzad Akbar said that PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif had told a lie and misled court.

Addressing a press conference on Monday, he said that Nawaz Sharif was declared a certified liar in the Panama case. "Nawaz Sharif used the platform of the parliament for telling a lie. Not only Nawaz Sharif, but his sons and daughter have been telling lies," he maintained.

Shahzad Akbar said that the charging order was ended after paying Boradsheet. "Nawaz Sharif has been removed on the corruption charge, not on the basis of 'Iqama'. The prime minister had no public office, but he presented himself for accountability," he added.

He said that Khawaja Asif had also did money laundering. "The PTI is the only party in the country which is not property of a family. The foreign funding case is sub judice," he added.

Shahzad Akbar said that the PTI had presented all accounts before the Election Commission of Pakistan.
