SHC cancels Sharjeel Memon’s bail, orders his arrest

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) has on Monday ordered to arrest Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader and former provincial minister Sharjeel Memon in Rs6 billion corruption case. The orders were issued after the court cancelled his bail in the mega corruption case. A heavy contingent of Sindh Rangers is present outside the SHC. Earlier, in September, the Sindh High Court (SHC) had extended the interim pre-arrest bail of the former Sindh information minister in Rs6 billion corruption case.
