SHC declares appointment of Law Adviser Barrister Mutaza Wahab illegal

KARACHI (92 News) – Sindh High Court Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah has declared the appointment of Adviser to the Sindh CM on Law Barrister Mutaza Wahab as illegal, ordering him to relinquish the post. The court remarked that it is illegal to delegate the power of a minister or MP to an unelected person. It ruled that Barrister Mutaza Wahab does not have required skill and experience.
