SHC judge refuses to hear Dr Asim’s bail plea

KARACHI (92 News) – Sindh High Court Judge Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon on Monday refused to hear the bail plea of Dr Asim Hussain. The head of the bench Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar has sent the issue to the chief justice. Dr Asim is facing charges of Rs 462 billion corruption.
