SHC nullifies Local Government Amendment Act

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court has declared the Local Government Amendment Act approved by the PPP null and void.

Now the district chairmen and vice-chairmen will be elected through secret balloting.

The election will not be held through the show of hand.
