SHC orders to place Dr Asim's name on ECL

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) has on ordered to include the former federal minister Dr Asim Hussain’s name in the Exit Control List (ECL). While issuing the written judgment on the petition regarding the Dr Asim’s bail, the court further ordered the Interior Ministry not to issue new or duplicate passport to the former federal minister. The court also ordered Dr. Asim to submit his passport to the Sindh High Court (SHC).
