KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) has on Thursday stayed its verdict for ten days that ordered the authorities to remove Ayyan Ali's name from the Exit Control List (ECL). The verdict has been announced following federal government’s request for the stay as it wanted to appeal against the SHC verdict. Earlier, The Sindh High Court (SHC) ordered the authorities to remove dollar girl Ayyan Ali’s name from Exit Control List (ECL). A two-member bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC) headed by Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh resumed the hearing of the case. Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto issued a short order on an application filed by Ayyan Ali regarding removal of her name from ECL. Previously, the judgment of the case was sent to SHC chief justice (CJ). The super model’s lawyer told the court that her name had been put on ECL again, which was removed earlier. He said the court had already directed respondents in the petition to inform the court before putting her name on the ECL again.
