SHC orders to present Dua Zahra on next hearing

KARACHI (92 News) - The Sindh High Court (SHC) has odered the SSP and the SHO to present Dua Zahra, a girl who was reportedly kidnapped, in court.

According to sources, the court has issued notice to the Sindh general prosecutor and others on May 19. The court has also ordered SSP East, the Alfalah SHO and investigation officer to recover Dua Zahra from Zaheer Ahmed and present before court.

The applicant has also requested for security of Dua Zahra and her family.

Earlier, Dua Zahra's father had approached the SHC and filed an application against her daughter’s Dua Zahra marriage with Zaheer Ahmed. The marriage was held on April 17.

In the application, it was written that her wife told about missing of her daughter on April 16. He came to know about marriage of her daughter through social media.
