SHC orders to shift Dua Zehra to Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) - The Sindh High Court (SHC) ordered to shift Dua Zehra to Karachi on Thursday.

Announcing the three-page verdict on the application of the father of Dua Zehra, the court ruled that her shifting to the shelter home shows she is not happy with her husband and does not want to live with her.

The court observed that Dua Zehra is also afraid of her parents.

The court ordered the trial court to announce the verdict on her kidnapping on merit. It also allowed the investigation officer to shift Dua Zehra to Karachi.

Meanwhile, the CIA DIG has shifted the investigation of the Dua Zehra case to the SIU on the court order.
