SHC refuses to hear bail pleas of Anees Qaimkhani, Dr Asim and Rauf Siddiqui

KARACHI (92 News) – Another bench of the Sindh High Court has on Monday refused to hear the bail petitions of Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Anees Qaim Khani, former federal minister Dr Asim Hussain and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Rauf Siddiqui in treatment of terrorists case. The SHC heard the bail petitions of Anees Qaim Khani, Dr Asim Hussain and Rauf Siddiqui. During the proceedings, Barrister Latif Khosa raised objection on Justice Naimatullah, saying that Justice Naimatullah had already heard the case after which the bench refused the hear the case. Talking to media in the court premises, Latif Khosa said that he wished that the bail plea could be heard soon. He said that there is something wrong that is why Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif doesn’t want to present himself for accountability. Khosa said that “Salam Shauda” proved that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is active and largest party in the country.
