SHC rejects Ayyan Ali’s petition to remove her name from ECL

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) has on Tuesday rejected the petition of super model Ayyan Ali to remove her name from Exit Control List (ECL). Supermodel had filed an application in the Sindh High Court to remove her name from the ECL list but the court rejected the petition. The court remarked that her case is pending in the Supreme Court and the case will heard after the verdict of the apex court. An application was filed by Saima Ijaz, widow of the slayed Customs Inspector who was investigating Ayyan Ali’s Money Laundering case, saying that her husband was murdered and Ayyan Ali should not be allowed to leave the country.
