Shehbaz asks party workers to pray for early recovery of Nawaz

LONDON (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif asked from the party workers to pray for early recovery of his elder brother Nawaz Sharif so that he could return back to Pakistan. Talking to the journalists after arrival in London on Wednesday, Shehbaz Sharif said that the former prime minister has his first appointment fixed with the doctor today. “Pray for early recovery of Nawaz Sharif so that he ccan return back to the country,” he said. The former Punjab chief minister said that Nawaz Sharif was given medical treatment during his journey and now arrived in London safely for the sake of treatment. On the occasion, Hussain Nawaz, the son of former premier, said, “Our first priority is treatment of father and there is need to provide all the facilities under one roof.” Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif had arrived in London via an air ambulance belonging to the Qatari royal family. Nawaz Sharif would stay at his Park Lane apartments in London and he would be given treatment at home instead of Harley Street Clinic. Earlier, a private room has been booked for Nawaz Sharif at Harley Street Clinic in London. They had said that Nawaz Sharif will be shifted to the clinic in London immediately after landing. They also said that the clinic had also hired services of other doctors to provide best medical facilities to ailing Nawaz Sharif. Earlier, Nawaz Sharif reached at Heathrow Airport, London in an air ambulance on Tuesday. The flight made a stopover in Doha for fuel and change of crew and medical team. Nawaz Sharif is accompanied by Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif and personal physician Doctor Adnan Khan. 21 senior PML-N leaders were at the Hajj Terminal of the Lahore Airport to see off Nawaz Sharif. Raja Zafarul Haq, Ahsan Iqbal, Khawaja Asif, Marriyum Aurangzeb were present at the Hajj Terminal. The air ambulance was equipped with a fully functional and staffed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Operation Theatre (OT). Shehbaz Sharif had appealed to workers to pray for the health of Nawaz Sharif instead of reaching airport to see Nawaz Sharif off. He said that the nation and workers will accord a rousing welcome to Nawaz Sharif when he will return to the homeland after his recovery.
