ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Commotion by lawmakers continued in the house as Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday failed to deliver his speech in the National Assembly for the third time.

Opposition and treasury beeches continue commotion and Shehbaz Sharif, despite being surrounded by sergeants-at-arms, was unable to finish his budget speech on the third day

The lower house of the parliament witnessed a ruckus as lawmakers continued to chant slogans and disrupt the decorum of the NA proceedings.

As Shehbaz Sharif started his budget speech, hand sanitizer bottles were thrown from opposition benches which hit the MNA Akram Cheema from treasury benches.

Sharif was able to speak for only a few minutes before the NA Speaker Asad Qaiser suspended the proceedings until tomorrow.

Earlier today, National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar banned the entry of seven lawmakers belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to the National Assembly till further order.

The banned lawmakers include Ali Nawaz Awan (PTI), Faheem Khan (PTI), Abdul Majeed Khan (PTI), Ali Gohar Khan (PML-N), Sheikh Rohale Asghar (PML-N), Chaudhary Hamid Hameed (PML-N) and Syed Agha Rafiullah (PPP).

The action has been taken after reviewing the footages and evidence of the inquiry meeting.

On Wednesday, the NA proceedings witnessed humiliating scenes when the ministers and parliamentarians resorted to hooliganism and used filthy language, whistled and attacked each other with budget books during the speech of the Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif on the federal budget.
