Shehbaz says verdict states no proof of corruption against Nawaz Sharif

LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif has said that the accountability court verdict states that there is no proof of corruption against Nawaz Sharif. Addressing the convention of local bodies representatives on Wednesday, he said that each PML-N worker rejects the verdict against Nawaz Sharif. He said that Mian Sahib has been sentenced on the basis of assumptions. “Maryam Nawaz has been sentenced for seven years because she assisted Nawaz Sharif. Have you ever seen or heard a verdict based on injustice?” he said. Shehbaz Sharif said that there is PML-N’s performance on one side, while Bohtan Khan is on the other side. “The entire Lahore will come out to welcome Nawaz Sharif,” he said. The PML-N president said that it is not justified to suspend the local bodies representatives.
