LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif has announced to participate in Azadi March on October 31. Addressing a press conference along with JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rahman on Friday, he said that according to the World Bank, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) will remain at 2.4 in 2020. “During our government, the growth rate of GDP was 4.8. It is performance of the prime minister. Imran Khan wants to shift the burden of his failure on the institutions,” he said. The PML-N president said that the entire nation is unified on toppling the selected government. “During the meeting, we have discussed in detail the political situation in the country.” He said that the economic condition was on the verge of destruction. “Investment has ended, inflation is at peak, healthcare facility is impossible for the poor and medicines have gone sky-high,” he said. Shehbaz Sharif said that the institutions have fully supported Imran Khan for progress of the country. “Unluckily, Imran Khan has failed. Now the new elections are mandatory in the country. I have respect and love for Maulana Fazalur Rahman,” he said. He said that he had received directions from Nawaz Sharif for participation in Azadi March in the form of a letter. “We will welcome Maulana Fazalur Rahman in Islamabad on October 31,” he said. Shehbaz Sharif said that the PML-N fully endorses the stance of Maulana Fazalur Rahman. “We will enthusiastically observe the black day on October 27 to raise the voice for Kashmiris,” he said. He said that the PML-N will restore the economy in six months provided they are given the opportunity after the fair elections in the country. Speaking on the occasion, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rahman thanked the PML-N, Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif for entering Islamabad along with them on October 31. “The entire opposition is making our voice the national voice,” he said.
