LAHORE (92 News) – After his return from London, Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif made a phone call to PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto on Monday. Both leaders agreed to call an all parties conference through video link. Bilawal Bhutto had proposed a video link APC to be held on Tuesday. Shehbaz Sharif also held consultation with JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman and ANP leader Asfandyar Wali. Both leaders agreed to participate in the video link APC. All the leaders agreed to make immediate decisions to save the lives of the people. Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the objective of the consultation of Shehbaz Sharif is to devise a strategy for the current situation. She said that no party and government can alone fight against this huge destruction. Earlier in a video message before his departure from London, Shehbaz Sharif said that coronavirus has wreaked havoc across the world. “May Allah Almighty protect each house against the virus. I pray may Allah save each mother, father and youth against the virus,” he prayed. Shehbaz Sharif said that he wanted to return to Pakistan so that he may be with the people during this difficult time. “My brother and leader Nawaz Sharif has to undergo a heart surgery and I was staying there for this purpose,” he said. The PML-N president said that he had sought permission from Nawaz Sharif to return Pakistan when heard news about the closure of airspace. “Nawaz Sharif allowed me to leave for Pakistan, saying it is my top duty. Insha Allah, I am returning home. All people know about the diagnosis of coronavirus. Being a Pakistan, a political personality and the opposition leader, it is my job to perform my duty,” he maintained.
