Shehbaz Sharif contacts Bilawal, Fazalur Rehman and other opposition leaders

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif contacted leaders of several opposiiton parties, including PDM chairman Maulana Fazalur Rehman and PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto.

Shehbaz Sharif also had a telephonic conversation with Qaumi Watan Party Aftab Sherpao, Balochistan National Party leader Sardar Akhtar Mengal, Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Sirajul Haq and others.

He appreciated collective efforts of the opposition in the parliament. He said, “The principled stance of the joint opposition and ruling parties had forced the government to postpone the joint session of the parliament.”

He thanked the opposition for cooperation and said that it is the best example of the unity of the opposition parties for the well-being of the masses.

"The opposition will utilize the same force in future against the bad intension and black laws of the government in the next joint session. The opposition alliance will stand firm before every action of the government against the constitution, people and the parliament,” he maintained.
