ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has demanded withdrawal of the increase in the POL products by Rs 4-8 per litre.

Reacting to the increase in POL products, he said that Imran Niazi had moved the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and forced the people to commit suicide.

He said that the people have been deprived of the right to live by dropping the petrol bomb on each week. "The government is cutting the throat and pocket with the knife of inflation," he added.

The PML-N leader said that the storm of inflation can only be stopped by getting rid of the cruel rulers. "The meaning of increase in the prices of POL and LPG products is to increase the prices of each daily-use items, including flour, sugar, electricity and gas," he maintained.

He said that the price-hike was proving that the government had imposed a fake budget on the nation. "The people are unable to bear this cruelty. They are now unable to get two-time meal," he concluded.
