Shehbaz Sharif elected as 23rd Prime Minister of Pakistan with 174 votes

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif was elected the 23rd Prime Minister of Pakistan on Monday.

He bagged 174 votes, while his opponent Shah Mahmood Qureshi got no vote due to boycott of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq announced the result. The opposition alliance participated in the voting process.
