Shehbaz Sharif expresses concern over 78 coronvirus deaths in a day

LAHORE (92 News) – Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has expressed a grave concern over 78 deaths due to coronavirus in a single day across the country. He demanded that a meeting of the Council of Common Interests (CCI) should be summoned immediately. “The coronavirus epidemic is spreading fast due to unwise policies of the government. Each sensible person, including doctors, is worried due to criminal negligence of the government,” he said. Shehbaz Sharif demanded that the Centre and provinces should take the steps afresh after reviewing the situation. “The government’s policy to ward off locusts with the beat of drum has failed,” he said. He said that the nation is proud of the male and female doctors sacrificing their lives in the war against coronavirus. The PML-N president prayed for the people dying due to coronavirus.
