Shehbaz Sharif, Jahangir Tareen discuss political situation: sources

LAHORE (92 News) – The meeting between two major opposition leaders Shahbaz Sharif and Jahangir Tareen has caused an upheaval in the politics of the country.

According to sources, the political situation was discussed during the meeting between the two leaders. It was also agreed to maintain political ties.

The meeting which lasted for more than an hour and a half took place a few days ago.

In the meeting, Jahangir Tareen did not give any clear answer to the no-confidence motion.

Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif had sought formal support from Tareen for the no-confidence motion.
